2. Product Compliance

All products sold on this website are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC (Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol) on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and Indiana state law. We make no guarantee regarding legality outside of Indiana or the United States.

3. Use of Products

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products may cause intoxication and/or impairment. Do not operate machinery, drive, or engage in hazardous activities after consumption. Keep products out of reach of children and pets. By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with the use, storage, and handling of our products.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for errors in shipping information entered at checkout. Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, the

risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or seized by carriers or local authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only available if the product arrives defective or damaged. To request a return for a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the issue. Approved returns must be sent back in original, unopened packaging for a replacement or refund to be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, including but not limited to: misuse of products, adverse reactions, or violations of local laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
